Transformational Teachers Network
TTN is the FIRST professional community of practice for teachers in Nigeria. This community of practice (which has been in existence for the past 4 years) cuts across the private and public sector and provides a platform where teachers come together to learn, share experiences and collectively develop their knowledge and skills. The structure of the network is built around members collaborating, discussing and exchanging insights while fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support as they grow professionally and as individuals. The network provides informal and formal trainings, as well as social connections, an environment that is conducive to innovation and creative problem solving, and most importantly reinforces a sense of professional identity.
